Put the code in the e-Transfer message and we'll match it automatically. It works as soon as the payment arrives, and we'll email and text you when it does — with the "Book with my code" link to pass on if it's a gift.
How it works
Pay once, book as you go
- Choose and pay. By Interac e-Transfer (3% off) or card. You get a code that starts with SP.
- Give it, or keep it. The code is the gift: text it, write it in a card, or keep it for yourself. Anyone with the code can book with it.
- Book each visit. On the booking page, tick "I have a gift or membership code". No deposit to pay. A group booking uses one visit per person.
- Keep track. The email and My account show how many visits of each treatment are left.
Gift & membership terms
- ExpiryNone. Codes and visits never expire.
- RefundsBundles are non-refundable once paid.
- ReschedulingAny visit can move to a new date with 24 hours' notice — it isn't lost.
- CancellingA visit cancelled at least 24 hours ahead goes back on the code. Shower visits can be moved but not returned.
- Add-onsHot stones, bubbly, robes and travel are paid at each visit.
- SharingAnyone with the code can book, so keep it private if it's yours.
