Our spa

Four rooms, a couples room, a steam room and a lounge — and five people who think the quiet part is the point.

Our approach

Nobody looks at the clock but us

Most spa days are a queue with candles: a massage that ends the minute the next client arrives, a facial you're hurried into, a lounge you can't use because someone's waiting for the lounger. We wanted to run the other kind.

So every treatment reserves a real person and a real room for its whole length, spa days are itineraries with gaps built in, and Leo's job is to keep the timings so you never have to. You arrive fifteen minutes early, you leave when you're ready.

What we believe

Three things we won't compromise on

Time you actually get

A 60-minute massage is 60 minutes on the table, not 50 and a chat. The turnover between clients is booked separately, so your room is ready and quiet when you walk in.

Clean, every time

Fresh linen on every table, robes and towels laundered daily, tools disinfected between guests, and the steam room cleaned twice a day. Ontario's personal-service rules apply here and we follow them.

Honest pricing

Prices are shown up front, add-ons and travel are shown before you confirm, gift bundles never expire, and points never expire. Nothing is sprung on you at the desk.

The team

Who'll be looking after you

Anita

Massage therapist (RMT)

Relaxation, deep tissue and hot stone. Trained, a decade on the table, and a firm believer that the last five minutes matter most.

Gurleen

Massage therapist (RMT)

Prenatal and deep tissue, and the second pair of hands in every couples massage. Thursday to Sunday.

Nadia

Lead aesthetician

Facials, LED and skin plans you'll actually follow. Runs the free skin consultations and would like you to stop buying so many serums.

Simone

Aesthetician

Body scrubs, wraps and the friends' facial hour. The person who makes six people in one room feel like one small party.

Leo

Spa host

Keeps the kettle on, the lounge quiet and the spa-day itineraries running to time. Pours the bubbly at showers. Knows where every lost earring is.

This is a demo website: the team members above are fictional, created to show how the booking system reserves real people and real rooms for every treatment.

The rooms

What's here, and how we keep it

Four treatment rooms with heated tables, a couples room with two, a eucalyptus steam room, showers, free lockers, and a lounge with loungers, blankets, tea and a light lunch on spa days. Unscented oils and fragrance-free products for anyone who asks.

Tell us about pregnancy, blood pressure, recent surgery, skin conditions or allergies when you book. We'll adapt the treatment, and we may ask you to bring a doctor's note for some of them.
