Sells while we sleep
Gift a spa day at 11:40pm in December: you get a code, they get the day, and it never expires. Ontario's gift-card rules say it shouldn't, and we agree.

Choose a treatment, how many of you there are, where it happens and any add-ons. You'll see the total, how long we need, and the deposit that holds the room.
Treatments, spa days and couples bookings take a 50% deposit, refunded minus $10 with 24 hours' notice. Showers, birthdays and other celebrations take 30% to hold the date — non-refundable — with the balance due 7 days before.
From four people, 10% comes off the treatment. Paying by Interac e-Transfer takes another 3% off the whole booking.

The spa
Two of everything, and a lounge between
Four treatment rooms, a couples room with two tables, a eucalyptus steam room and a lounge with a kettle that never goes cold. A spa day is an itinerary, not a queue: massage, then the lounge, then a facial, then lunch — hosted by Leo, who keeps the timings so you don't have to.
Every treatment reserves a named therapist or aesthetician for its whole length. If Anita is fully booked, the site says so rather than promising a room that doesn't exist.

Send the deposit by e-Transfer or card and we'll text you when it's matched. Using a gift code? Nothing to pay.

Arrive early
Fifteen minutes before: a robe, slippers, the steam room and a cup of something. Your therapist comes to find you in the lounge.

Come back
We'll nudge you when it's about time — a month for massage, six weeks for skin — and you can rebook from the email in two taps.

How much is the deposit?
Treatments, spa days and couples bookings take 50%, refunded minus $10 if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Showers, birthdays and other celebrations take 30% to hold the date; it's non-refundable but moves with you if you reschedule. Pay by Interac e-Transfer and 3% comes off the whole booking.
Can I buy a spa day as a gift?
Yes — on the gifts page. You pay, you get a code, and whoever you give it to books their day with it whenever suits them. Gift bundles never expire.
How do group bookings work?
Friends' facials, showers and birthdays take up to six people in one booking. One person books and pays the deposit, and it covers everyone. From four people, 10% comes off the treatment part. Celebrations can also happen at your home.
What should I bring?
Nothing. Robes, slippers and towels are here; lockers are free. Arrive fifteen minutes early for the steam room and a cup of tea, and tell us about any health conditions or pregnancy when you book.
